You can choose to register as an individual competitor, in which case we will do our best to match you with other individual competitors. There are no guarantees that LDIC will be able to accommodate all interested individuals, but we will do our best to accommodate as many individuals as possible.

Teams consist of 3 students.

Round 1 is an online submission. However, you must be present for Round 2 and the Final Round, happening in October and November 2018, respectively. For more information. check the Details and Dates.

Only students who have qualified for Round 2 are able to attend the Gala. Finalists will be announced and final round presentations will take place the same evening, therefore all Round 2 qualifiers must attend.

It is common for many buy side professionals to start in investment banking or other capital markets’ roles. The competition provides an opportunity to network with such individuals. Perhaps more importantly, however, is that LDIC is an opportunity to understand other career paths that exist in the industry.

Cases are developed through a collaboration of the LDIC Organizing Commitee’s Case Team and the Lead Sponsor. The cases are meant to provide students with an authentic buy-side experience.
